The first step is a network infrastructure and security analysis.  The information we collect is then used to create documentation and design of the network infrastructure and security setup.  Our second step is to meet and carefully review the information we have collected to anticipate any changes in the organization, and identify perceived needs and concerns.  After these steps are completed a proposal is created to address all the issues that have been identified along with any necessary supporting documentation.  This may include logical and physical network diagrams, device configurations, definitions of policies and best practices, and detailed or summary descriptions of the proposed network infrastructure.  Once the proposal meets your expectations, work is started on the implementation in whole or in part, with incremental or accelerated schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.  During the whole process work is coordinated with you and your staff to ensure that any network upgrade or implementation goes as smoothly and transparently as possible.
